The Lions now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Red Oak for a non-league battle on Monday, August 18. Howe will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Bridge Creek (Blanchard, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Clinton moves to 1-2 on the season. The Red tornadoes host Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK) to meet the Fighting Irish in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Fighting Irish go into the test with a record of 2-3.
