Oklahoma High School Volleyball - Guthrie overwhelmed by Blanchard
August 15, 2025: Blanchard, OK 73010 Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Guthrie Bluejays (Guthrie, OK), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Blanchard advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. The Knights go into the test with a record of 1-2. Northwest Classen lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Eisenhower (Lawton, OK)
Next, the Bluejays play the Guymon Tigers (Guymon, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 16. Guthrie will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to West Texas (Stinnett, TX).
