Texas High School Volleyball - Queen City can't hold off Palestine
August 15, 2025: Palestine, TX 75801 In Friday's non-league match, the Palestine Wildcats (Palestine, TX) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Queen City Bulldogs (Queen City, TX), by a margin of 2-1.
The Wildcats now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Overton for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16. Palestine will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Queen City drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Neches (Neches, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Neches won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX)
