Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host The Meadows School Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sierra Vista improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Mountain Lions travel to Green Valley (Henderson, NV) to face the Gators in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Gators go into the test with a record of 0-1. Green Valley lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against El Dorado (Placentia, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Shadow Ridge for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. The Meadows School will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Somerset Sky Pointe (Las Vegas, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-0.
