The Eminence Eels topped the host Christel House Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eels now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indiana School for the Deaf for a non-league test on Thursday, August 18. Eminence will confront a Deaf Hoosiers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN). The Deaf Hoosiers record now stands at 1-0.

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks (Indianapolis, IN). The Tigers enter the Indianapolis Public Schools test with a 0-2 record.
