Texas High School Volleyball - Hempstead crushed by Mumford
August 16, 2022: Mumford, TX 77867 The Mumford Mustangs topped the visiting Hempstead Bobcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosebud-Lott for a non-league test on Friday, August 19. Mumford will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-5.
The Bobcats (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Allen Academy (Bryan, TX). The Rams enter the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Allen Academy was knocked off by Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.
