August 16, 2022: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 The Walnut Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host St. Paul Swordsmen to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monrovia for a non-league game on Monday, August 22.
The Swordsmen (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Defenders enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Valley Christian defeated California (Whittier, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
