Indiana High School Soccer - La Porte trounced by Chesterton
August 16, 2023: Chesterton, IN 46304 In Wednesday's league battle, the host Chesterton Trojans soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the La Porte Slicers.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Michigan City (Michigan City, IN). The Wolves go into the battle with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Michigan City was overwhelmed by New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN), 5-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Slicers confront the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies (Plymouth, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 21. La Porte will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Pilgrims/Rockies enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Bremen (Bremen, IN).
