August 16, 2023: Santa Monica, CA 90404 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Culver City Centaurs (Culver City, CA) and the host Crossroads Roadrunners (Santa Monica, CA), saw Culver City's volleyball squad beat Crossroads by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Culver City upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Centaurs host Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA) to play the Normans in a non-league bout on Friday, August 18. The Normans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Roadrunners now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Loara for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 17. Crossroads will play a Saxons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Orange (Orange, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 1-0.
