Georgia High School Football - Lumpkin County falls to Cherokee Bluff

August 16, 2024: Flowery Branch, GA 30542

The Cherokee Bluff Bears felled the visiting Lumpkin County Indians football team by a score of 31-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears play the Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 23. Cherokee Bluff will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 47-21 non-league loss to Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA).

The Indians (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hart County (Hartwell, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.
