Georgia High School Football - Upson-Lee prevails Union Grove

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Upson-Lee Knights football squad scored a good 28-14 triumph over the Union Grove Wolverines.

The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Manchester (Manchester, GA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Manchester was beaten by Harris County (Hamilton, GA), 16-8, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Wolverines confront the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 match, on Friday, August 23. Union Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to First Presbyterian Day (Macon, GA).
