Michigan High School Soccer - St. Johns toppled by DeWitt
August 16, 2024: DeWitt, MI 48820 DeWitt Panthers (DeWitt, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI), 8-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, DeWitt advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers host Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league test on Monday, August 19. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 1-0. Grand Blanc won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Okemos (Okemos, MI)
The Redwings now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lansing Catholic for a non-league test on Monday, August 19. St. Johns will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
