Georgia High School Softball - Southeast Bulloch sneaks past Lanier County
August 16, 2024: Lakeland, GA 31635 The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA) softball nipped the host Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA), 6-5 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Yellow Jackets now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden County for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 17. Southeast Bulloch will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Wayne County (Jesup, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Lanier County moves to 3-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Calvary Day (Savannah, GA) to encounter the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 17. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 0-1. Calvary Day lost 13-2 in their recent non-league outing against Toombs County (Lyons, GA)
