With the win, Leander advances its record to 1-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX) to face the Rangers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 20. The Rangers go into the test with a record of 1-0. Vista Ridge won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX)
The Eagles now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gateway College Preparatory for a non-league test on Friday, August 16. Ellison will face a Gators squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Gators record now stands at 1-0.
