Kentucky High School Soccer - Bardstown knocks off Thomas Nelson
August 16, 2025: Bardstown, KY 40004 In Saturday's league test, the host Bardstown Tigers soccer team scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Thomas Nelson Generals.
With the triumph, Bardstown advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY) to clash with the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, August 18. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-0. Lexington Catholic won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Conner (Hebron, KY)
The Generals now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Taylor County for a non-league bout on Monday, August 18. Thomas Nelson will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Stanford, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-1.
