August 16, 2025: Woodstock, GA 30188 Cartersville Hurricanes (Cartersville, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Cartersville upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy (Marietta, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Mt. Bethel Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA)
Next, the Knights play the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) in a challenge, on Thursday, August 28. River Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
