The Centurions (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, New Hanover nipped Sanderson (Raleigh, NC), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Cougars now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Enloe for a non-league match on Wednesday, August 20. Wake Forest will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lee County (Sanford, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
