Kentucky High School Soccer - Trinity nudges Covington Catholic
August 16, 2025: Louisville, KY 40207 The Trinity Shamrocks soccer squad scored 1 points and held the visiting Covington Catholic Colonels to 0 in the Shamrocks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Shamrocks now hold a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host DuPont Manual for a non-league contest on Monday, August 18. Trinity will face a Crimsons team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Shawnee (Louisville, KY). The Crimsons record now stands at 1-2.
The Colonels (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Xavier (Louisville, KY). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Xavier nudged Brown (Louisville, KY), 7-0, in a league challenge.
