Oklahoma High School Softball - Norman North succumbs to Broken Bow
August 16, 2025: Norman, OK 73069 In Saturday's non-league test, the Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the host Norman North Timberwolves (Norman, OK), by a tally of 14-6.
The Savages now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Howe for a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. Broken Bow will encounter a Lions team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Red Oak (Red Oak, OK). The Lions record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Norman North moves to 1-4 on the season. The Timberwolves host Choctaw (Choctaw, OK) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 6A District 1 bout on Monday, August 18. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Choctaw won 8-0 in their recent non-league bout against Perry (Perry, OK)
