Oklahoma High School Softball - Woodward edges Seiling
August 16, 2025: Seiling, OK 73663 Spectators at Saturday's non-league game between the Woodward Boomers (Woodward, OK) and the host Seiling Wildcats (Seiling, OK), saw Woodward's softball squad nip Seiling by a score of 2-0.
With the triumph, Woodward improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Boomers travel to Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK) to battle the Fighting Irish in a non-league match on Thursday, August 21. The Fighting Irish go into the game with a record of 3-5.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Okarche for a non-league game on Monday, August 18. Seiling will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Comanche (Comanche, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
