The Texas School for the Deaf Rangers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Bastrop Bears to 1 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rangers now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cedar Creek for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. Texas School for the Deaf will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
