Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Mountain View Prep Stars (Spartanburg, SC) and the visiting Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC), observed Mountain View Prep's volleyball team hold off Dorman by a count of 2-1.

The Stars (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Mavericks go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
