Texas High School Volleyball - McKinney North can't hold off Friendswood

In Saturday's non-league match, the Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX) volleyball squad tipped the host McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Manvel Mavericks (Manvel, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 19. Friendswood will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Mavericks enter the bout with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Episcopal (Bellaire, TX).

With the loss, McKinney North drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Reagan (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Rattlers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16.
