Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lake Station Edison upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Fighting Eagles travel to North White (Monon, IN) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
