August 17, 2022: Herriman, UT 84096 In Wednesday's non-league game, the Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) football team smashed the visiting Westlake Thunder (Saratoga Springs, UT), by a score of 53-0.
The Sentinels (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Chargers come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Corner Canyon overwhelmed Riverton (Riverton, UT), 21-7, in a non-league game.
The Thunder now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bingham for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 24. Westlake will battle a Miners team coming off a 34-0 non-league win over Cyprus (Magna, UT). The Miners record now stands at 1-0.
