High School Volleyball - Non Varsity Opponent edged by Detroit
August 17, 2023: , The Detroit Eagles held off the host Non Varsity Opponent volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sulphur Bluff for a non-league test on Friday, August 18. Detroit will confront a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dodd City (Dodd City, TX). The Bears record now stands at 4-8.
The (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY). The Titans enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Mercer County held off Lincoln County (Stanford, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
