Hawaii High School Football - Kailua trounces Waipahu
August 17, 2024: Kailua, HI 96734 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Kailua Surfriders football squad scored a decisive 42-7 triumph over the Waipahu Marauders.
The Surfriders (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Leilehua (Wahiawa, HI). The Mighty Mules come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Leilehua routed Farrington (Honolulu, HI), 31-7, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Marauders meet the Wai'anae Seariders (Wai'anae, HI) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 23. Waipahu will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Seariders come into the match with a 1-0 record after their 20-19 non-league win over Kapolei (Kapolei, HI).
