August 17, 2024: Rochester, MI 48306 Adams Highlanders (Rochester, MI) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Adams moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 1-0. Grand Blanc 1-1 in their recent non-league test against DeWitt (DeWitt, MI)
The Chieftains now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grosse Pointe South for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 21. Utica will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-1.
