Georgia High School Softball - Pierce County can't get by Harlem
August 17, 2024: Harlem, GA 30814 Harlem Bulldogs (Harlem, GA) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA), 2-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Harlem improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA) to play the Gryphons in a non-league game on Saturday, August 17. The Gryphons enter the game with a record of 2-1. Academy for Classical Education lost 14-5 in their recent non-league game against Veterans (Kathleen, GA)
The Bears now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Camden County for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 20. Pierce County will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Long County (Ludowici, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
