August 17, 2024: Macon, GA 31210 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) and the visiting Shaw Raiders (Columbus, GA), observed Academy for Classical Education's volleyball team top Shaw by a tally of 2-0.
The Gryphons (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Jones County (Gray, GA). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
Next, the Raiders meet the Chattahoochee County Panthers (Cusseta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 20. Shaw will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Central (Talbotton, GA).
