California High School Volleyball - North tips Corona

August 17, 2024: Torrance, CA 90504

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) and the visiting Corona Panthers (Corona, CA), observed North's volleyball team hold off Corona by a tally of 2-1.

The Saxons (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Carson (Carson, CA). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Carson was tipped by Marshall (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Panthers meet the Summit SkyHawks (Fontana, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 19. Corona will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The SkyHawks enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Patriot (Jurupa Valley, CA).
