Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Trinity advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Pasadena (Pasadena, TX) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, August 17. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 3-1. Pasadena lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Stevens (San Antonio, TX)

The Vikings now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mansfield Legacy for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 20. Lamar will face a Broncos squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 3-3.
