With the win, West Cabarrus improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wolverines host Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC) to confront the Pirates in a non-league test on Thursday, August 25. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 1-0. Porter Ridge won 40-0 in their recent non-league test against Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC)
