August 18, 2022: Monroe, NC 28110 Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 36-12 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Sun Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC) to battle the Wonders in a non-league test on Thursday, August 25. The Wonders come into the test with a record of 0-1. A.L. Brown lost 18-0 in their recent non-league test against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC)
With the loss, Olympic drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC) to battle the Ravens in a non-league test on Thursday, August 25. The Ravens come into the test with a record of 0-1. Rocky River lost 40-0 in their recent non-league test against Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC)
