In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Terrell Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Ferris Yellowjackets.

The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Poteet (Poteet, TX). The Aggies come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Poteet was edged by Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
