The Morton Ranch Mavericks volleyball team (Katy, TX), went down 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX)

The Bulldogs (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Alief Elsik (Houston, TX). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Alief Elsik went down by Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mavericks encounter the Clear Lake Falcons (Houston, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 18. Morton Ranch will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over La Porte (La Porte, TX).
