Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA), 35-6 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Bishop Montgomery improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights host South El Monte (South El Monte, CA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, August 24. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the loss, Boron drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Mira Monte (Bakersfield, CA) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. The Lions come into the test with a record of 0-0.
