August 18, 2023: Canutillo, TX 79835 The Eastwood Troopers topped the host Canutillo Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Troopers now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pebble Hills for a test on Tuesday, August 22. Eastwood will confront a Spartans team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Del Valle (El Paso, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Loretto (El Paso, TX). The Angels enter the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Loretto gained a win over Ysleta (El Paso, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
