The Columbus Cardinals volleyball team (Columbus, TX), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX)

The Bulldogs (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Magnolia West nudged Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
