August 18, 2023: Dewey, OK 74029 Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Dewey Bulldoggers (Dewey, OK), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Indians battle the Wesleyan Christian Mustangs (Bartlesville, OK) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 19. Sequoyah will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record.
With the loss, Dewey drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bulldoggers travel to Wesleyan Christian (Bartlesville, OK) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Monday, August 21. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 8-1. Wesleyan Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Salina (Salina, OK)
