August 18, 2025: Lakewood, CA 90715 Jordan Panthers (Long Beach, CA) followers went home pleased Monday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the host Artesia Pioneers (Lakewood, CA), 19-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Jordan advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers host Cerritos (Cerritos, CA) to encounter the Dons in a non-league match on Wednesday, August 20. The Dons enter the match with a record of 2-2. Cerritos won 20-2 in their recent non-league match against Culver City (Culver City, CA)
Coming up next, the Pioneers confront the Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 20. Artesia will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
