With the win, Lassiter improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Fellowship Christian (Roswell, GA) to encounter the Paladins in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 21. The Paladins go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Blue Devils now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cartersville for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 21. Marietta will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 5-1.
