Georgia High School Softball - Schley County succumbs to Southwest Georgia Academy
August 18, 2025: Damascus, GA 39841 In Monday's non-league test, the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors (Damascus, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Schley County Wildcats (Ellaville, GA), by a tally of 13-0.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Crisp Academy Wildcats (Cordele, GA) in a GIAA Class A & AA District 3 test, on Tuesday, September 2. Southwest Georgia Academy will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record.
The Wildcats (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Taylor County (Butler, GA). The Vikings enter the 1A D-II Region 6 contest with a 4-1 record.
