South Carolina High School Volleyball - Maranatha Christian over Virtus Academy
August 18, 2025: Florence, SC 29501 In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Maranatha Christian Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Virtus Academy Wolves.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Emmanuel Christian (Hartsville, SC). The Crusaders enter the SCACS 2A Region 2-A challenge with a 4-1 record.
Next, the Wolves meet the King's Academy Lions (Florence, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 21. Virtus Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Trinity Collegiate (Darlington, SC).
