The Desert Hills Thunder held off the visiting Cedar Valley Aviators football team by a final score of 31-28 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Desert Hills improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Thunder travel to Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT) to confront the Dons in a non-league outing on Friday, August 26. The Dons go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Spanish Fork lost 35-7 in their recent non-league outing against Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT)

With the loss, Cedar Valley moves to 1-1 on the season. The Aviators host Provo (Provo, UT) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Friday, August 26. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Provo won 44-38 in their recent non-league outing against Box Elder (Brigham City, UT)
