The Lincoln Golden Bears football squad scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Talladega Tigers to 0 in the Golden Bears non-league victory on Friday.

The Golden Bears now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashville for a non-league battle on Friday, August 26. Lincoln will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 26-21 non-league win over St. Clair County (Odenville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
