The Wolverines now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Cherokee Trail for a non-league match on Tuesday, August 30. Chaparral will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Smoky Hill moves to 0-1 on the season. The Buffaloes host Castle View (Castle Rock, CO) to meet the Sabercats in a non-league match on Wednesday, August 24.
