Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC), 45-17 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Millbrook improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Garner (Garner, NC) to confront the Trojans in a non-league test on Friday, September 1. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 0-1.

With the loss, Apex Friendship drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC) to confront the Storm in a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. The Storm come into the test with a record of 0-1.
