California High School Football - Foothill nips Bishop Diego

August 19, 2023: Santa Barbara, CA 93110

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Foothill Knights football squad scored a close 31-28 victory over the Bishop Diego Cardinals.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 25. Foothill will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Tillers enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 41-14 non-league win over El Toro (Lake Forest, CA).

The Cardinals (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Royals enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Mission College Prep was nudged by Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA), 13-8, in a non-league match.
