August 19, 2023: Lubbock, TX 79423 The Lubbock-Cooper Pirates volleyball team (Lubbock, TX), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Bellville Brahmas (Bellville, TX)
The Brahmas (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Brazos (Wallis, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Brazos defeated Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates meet the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 22. Lubbock-Cooper will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to McKinney North (McKinney, TX).
